· Professional Headshot – A complimentary updated portrait session with Ridgeway Photography to keep your image polished and current.
· Announcement Campaign – We’ll design, print, address, and mail your "I’ve Made the Move" postcards to your sphere of influence—at our expense.
· RE/MAX Annual Dues Covered – Your first year’s recurring RE/MAX Alliance dues ($410) will be fully paid by us.
· Social Media Launch Campaign – We’ll invest $$$ toward a managed social campaign announcing your move, ensuring your network is informed and engaged.
· “Certified Full Service Professional” Designation and "100 Days to Greatness"– Enroll at no cost in these elite Buffini & Company courses. We believe in these programs and are confident in the value they will bring to your business.
· Flexible Compensation Model – Your annual Fair Share (Cap) is $11,500. Choose between a no-risk commission split (per the information on "The Cost" page on this website) or opt into a set monthly fee model with added perks. The choice is yours—select the plan that best fits your goals and comfort level.
· Professional Buyer & Seller Guides – We’ll have your first set personalized, printed and delivered to the office of your choice.
· SIBR Transfer Fee – We’ll cover the cost of your local board transfer to ease the transition.
In total, this represents a $2,200+ investment from us in your future with RE/MAX Alliance. We believe in you and we’re willing to make this investment in you…before you even get started. The only out-of-pocket expense for you is the standard IDFPR license transfer fee.
