The Investment

At RE/MAX Alliance, we operate on a Fair Share (Cap) system, ensuring our expenses are shared fairly among agents, allowing us to keep fees low while providing top-tier tech, training, facilities, and support.

Your total investment is $11,500 per year, with two flexible payment options:

1. Monthly Plan – Pay monthly ($11,500 divided by 12 months = $958 per month) and keep 95% of your commissions year round (5% Franchise Fee applies). Plus, E&O insurance is included at no extra cost, saving you $360 annually.

2. Split Model (chosen by 70% of our agents) – Your Fair Share is deducted as a commission split, per the information below, until you reach the $11,500 cap, after which you keep 95% of your commissions until your anniversary date.

Splits are determined on an average of your last 2 years sales, will be applied towards your "Fair Share" fees until the Cap is reached based on your anniversary date, and will be as follows:

Less than 1 Million & New Agents- 65% agent/ 30% REMAX Alliance/ 5% REMAX Franchise Fee

1 Million to 2 Million- 70% agent/ 25% REMAX Alliance/ 5% REMAX Franchise Fee

2 Million to 4 Million- 75% agent/ 20% REMAX Alliance/ 5% REMAX Franchise Fee  

Greater than 4 Million- 80% agent/ 15% REMAX Alliance/ 5% REMAX Franchise Fee
