  With more than four decades of combined real estate experience and over 1,200 successful transactions, Rick and Tammy Owens have built a reputation rooted in leadership, integrity, and results. As Broker Owners of RE/MAX Alliance since 2008, they’ve led one of the region’s top-performing real estate offices, empowering agents and serving clients throughout the St. Louis Metro area and beyond.

Tammy launched her real estate career in 2002 and quickly established herself as a leader in the industry. Her dedication to professionalism is reflected in her past roles as President of the Greater Gateway Association of REALTORS® (GGAR), a member of the GGAR Board of Directors, and as a gubernatorial appointee to the Illinois State Disciplinary Board. These are just a few of the many positions she’s served to better the local real estate community.

Rick’s career began in real estate marketing and technology, where he served as Director of Customer Experience for Proquest Technologies, a nationwide company. His expertise in client service and innovation has been instrumental in building RE/MAX Alliance’s reputation for excellence. Rick has also contributed to the industry through his service on the Board of Governors for both SIRMLS and MARIS.

Rick and Tammy have cultivated more than just a successful business—they’ve built a culture. RE/MAX Alliance has become more than just their business…it’s become their passion and life’s work. They’re deeply entrenched in the day-to-day operation of the company. Away from the office, Rick and Tammy enjoy boating, biking the MCT trail system, cheering for the St. Louis Blues and spending quality time with their family.
